Greetings Genealogy Fans and Welcome to the EPGS Website!
Over the past few years, attendance at our local monthly meetings and paid memberships have been on the decline compared to the pre-COVID years. This situation has made it difficult to schedule monthly out-of-town speakers and for 2026, the EPGS has
joined with the Longmont Genealogical Society. This arrangement will benefit us as they are a large group and host their
meetings in a hybrid method, both via Zoom and in person at First Lutheran Church Friendship Room, 3rd and Terry Streets., Longmont, CO. and via Zoom. Their regularly scheduled meetings , which are hybrid, are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. They have several Special Interest Groups, Workshops, and Genealogy Help Sessions which we could also attend.
Locally, we plan to have our own meetings quarterly, 1:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month to correspond with the time and date of the Longmont Society meetings.
We encourage you to join our group for 2026, and the dues will be only $10, with the EPGS covering the remainder of the dues required for our association with Longmont (which are $25 individually or $30 for a family membership). If you are interested in continuing to be a member of the EPGS and the new association with the Longmont Society, please send your $10 membership dues to our EPGS Treasurer:
